Well before the weekend begins I want to give you a few more clips for next week's new episodes. Check out two web clips for America's Next Top Model and two web clips for the new episode of The Vampire Diaries.

Speaking of The Vampire Diaries, that story has developed so well and I am very proud of the actors, directors and producers for executing a well told story that keeps twisting. A lot of times there is only so much that can be told and so the story falls into a pattern and that gets old. The Vampire Diaries has been one of the stories that is well planned and told in a organized yet suspenseful way. I look forward to seeing what more they will reveal every week. Slowly putting the puzzle together and revealing the picture; it is beautiful. I hope you all are enjoying The Vampire Diaries. Check it out if you have missed it, this is one vampire story that is above others.

Supernatural has a new spin-off called GhostFacers. Now before you go looking for dates, times and channel, this spin-off has taken the new media route and it is an online only spin-off; do not get me wrong, this is a direct spin-off from Supernatural and it is a fully produced show. GhostFacers takes a "realistic" approach at bringing the truth about the supernatural to the surface and showing everyone it does exist. This is a fun, fast paced show and definitely breaks away from the cloud of TV ratings; there is some pretty gory and graphic scenes that are great. It is very well done and not only does it have Supernatural's Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, but Life Unexpected's Austin Basis and 90210's Dustin Milligan. You might also recognize A.J. Buckley. With such a great cast and fun supernatural stories to play on, GhostFacers is definitely something you Supernatural fans do not want to miss. Full episodes can be found out at The CW. I cannot just give you web clips, I have to go above and beyond for our faithful viewers. So let us start with America's Next Top Model, I posted interviews with each of the models from Cycle 14. This gives you a bit of an inside look at what goes on with the models, how they got started modeling and just where these girls came from.

If you go to the Supernatural page, you will find a Promo tab there and I have placed a sneak peak trailer at this years season finale. Yes i said SEASON Finale, not series. No fears, Supernatural will be back next year!

So on top of those exciting videos and clips, I also added two web clips from The Vampire Diaries for this weeks new episode, a web clip for this weeks Supernatural and a web clip for Smallville on Friday; which also is coming back next year for its tenth season.

Well I am on a roll for web clips so I am going to keep it going...I have posted new web clips for next week's new episodes of One Tree Hill, Gossip Girl and 90210! I know, we have not even made it through this week yet, but I figured why wait? I am sure I will have more, but this is a good start. With all new episodes of all of your favorite shows, I am pretty sure I will get at least one clip you will enjoy.

So I know I normally will post web clips very early in the week; for the most part that is true. Well I posted America's Next Top Model clips for tonight's episode! I know it is tonight, but at least you can still get that sneak peak you know I will always give you, before it airs tonight.

To keep in the normalcy of things though, I did put up a Smallville clip for this Friday's new episode.

OK, so i gave you so much last weekend, that I do not have much more to finish out the week, BUT, I do have a couple. Tomorrows new episode of High Society has two new clips. I also added a clip for Supernatural's new episode on Thursday. And to finish out the week, I added a Smallville clip for the new episode on Friday. How could I not start your week off with great web clips? It would not be fair would it? So I am satisfying your ever craving need for sneak peaks at all your favorite shows. So for tonight's Gossip Girl I added two web clips for you. Tomorrow night has new episodes of 90210 and Melrose Place so I have a clip for each; and actually tehre are two fro Melrose Place. On Friday Night, prime time TV comes to Des Moines, as the Iowa Barnstormers return to the top-level of Arena Football! Not since the days of Kurt Warner and their two Arena Bowl appearances, has there been this much excitement and anticipation over the Barnstormers.

In the late '90s Des Moines fell in love with the "50-yard indoor war" that is Arena Football. The team was good, the "Old Barn," Vets Auditorium, was always filled to capacity, and there was the local boy, Kurt Warner. But due to financial problems and Kurt going to that other league (the NFL) and winning a Super Bowl and a couple MVP awards, the team moved to New York. For one season in 2001, the Barnstormers played in afl2 (a lower level of arena football for smaller populated cities, such as Manchester, Lexington and Green Bay -- WAIT! Green Bay! Don't they have an NFL team??) After the season the team folded thanks to a lesser product and less attendance.

Then in 2008 under new ownership and a new arena the Barnstormers came back. Still in AFL2, so not the best talent, but back nonetheless.
And now, two years later, on Friday night, the boys are back where they belong. Back in the top level of Arena Football...and on national television. The NFL network will televise Friday night's regular season opener against the Chicago Rush at Wells Fargo Arena.

And there is still the local appeal. Todd Blythe, who made unbelievable and SportsCenter-highlight receptions for the Iowa State Cyclones, is "The Man" now. Todd has the ability to achieve a Warner. Anyone who saw Mr. Blythe on the field at Jack Trice knows it is possible to see him playing on Sundays in the future.

Brent Curvey, another former Cyclone, anchors the defense at linebacker. At 6'0" 270, Brent is kind of hard to miss. Tanner Varner (UNI) and Tim Dodge (Iowa) are two other former area college stars who play both wide receiver and defensive back.

There is also John Gregory. The man who coached the 'Stormers to those Arena Bowl appearances in 1996 and 1997. He's still here. Well he was here. Then left. Now he's back...and so are the Iowa Barnstormers. The Well will be rockin' on Friday night. I can't wait! For those of us who are NFL and college football fans, this is the perfect appetizer to satisfy our pigskin cravings until the fall!!
