Serve with iced coffee, tea, root beer, cola, and other beverages or eat like popsicles.
2 cups almond or refrigerated coconut milk
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1-2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Combine almond milk, sugar and vanilla in a large saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat stirring until sugar dissolves.
Allow vanilla mixture to come to room temperature.
Pour into ice cube trays.
Freeze until completely solid 3-4 hours.
